I have been licensed since Feb 1974, became a Broker in December 1980, obtained the FRI designation in 1987, have been a charter member of the IC & I Division of the Metropolitan Hamilton Real Estate Board since 1993 and I am currently serving as the Chair-elect of the Regional Commercial Council of our Realtors Association of Hamilton-Burlington. August 2008 I was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) after passing the Institute's Comprehensive Examination in Chicago. I also sit on the Board of Directors for CCIM Central Canada Chapter.
